Yes. Every batch has a published certificate of analysis covering identity, purity by HPLC, and content. You can look up any lot number in our COA library.

Lyophilised material can appear as a fine powder, a solid puck, or loose flakes, and the amount may look small. This is normal and does not indicate a quality issue – identity (by mass spectrometry) and purity (by HPLC) are verified on each batch’s certificate of analysis.

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is a $9.99 flat rate with 2-day delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking is provided when your order ships.

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. To change a shipping address, email support@cleanpeptide.com before dispatch; once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and the address cannot be changed. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

Orders are dispatched with temperature-appropriate handling. On arrival, store each product as indicated on its label – for example refrigerated or frozen, and protected from light.

Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 2 items, 10% off 3 or more, and 20% off 10 or more of the same product.

We support card payments through our processor, plus bank transfer and cryptocurrency options at checkout.

Eligible refund or replacement requests can be made within 10 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded; for safety and integrity, opened vials cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.
