How each batch is tested
Purity
High-performance liquid chromatography separates the peptide from related substances; purity is the target peptide’s share of the sample, reported against the certificate’s specification.
Is it the right molecule
Identity is confirmed by the method each certificate names, such as an HPLC retention-time match against a reference or mass spectrometry. The table below gives the method per lot.
What else is checked
Depending on the laboratory, the panel also reports net peptide content, heavy metals by ICP-MS, a fentanyl screen, sterility and endotoxin. Each certificate lists exactly what was run.
