Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that our products can be lawfully received at the destination.
3. Shipping Methods & Times
We offer 2-day shipping: estimated delivery is approximately 2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all U.S. orders (2-day shipping) and is shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.
6. Cold-Chain / Handling
Products are packaged appropriately for transit. Upon delivery, store products as indicated on the label (e.g. refrigerated/frozen, protected from light).
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may incur reshipping costs.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@cleanpeptide.com within 10 days so we can assist.
10. Research-Use Reminder
All products are shipped strictly for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary consumption.
