Retatrutide COA: Reading a GLP-3 R Certificate Line by Line

A retatrutide COA should name retatrutide itself, not only a code name, and report purity and measured content for the lot and size you buy. Clean Peptide sells retatrutide as GLP-3 Reta (also listed as GLP-3 R) and publishes an ILS Laboratories certificate for each size on sale. The 10 mg lot (ACE-4798089) measured 10.72 mg, the 20 mg lot (ACE-2753055) 21.37 mg and the 30 mg lot (ACE-3310727) 32.2 mg, all at 99.90% HPLC purity, with retatrutide identity confirmed and fentanyl, heavy-metal, sterility and endotoxin results on every certificate.

This page reads the three certificates line by line. What the GLP code names mean is covered in GLP-1 vs GLP-2 vs GLP-3, and the molecule itself in what is retatrutide; neither is repeated here.

Line by line: what each result means

Identity

ILS identifies retatrutide by HPLC retention time: the sample’s main peak is compared with a retatrutide reference standard run on the same method. Each certificate is titled with the molecule (“Retatrutide – 10mg” and so on), while the vial photo on the certificate shows our label, “GLP-3 R”. That pairing is what you want to see: the code name on the vial, the molecule on the certificate. A certificate that only repeats a code name does not tell you what the laboratory found.

Retention-time identity is not mass spectrometry. These certificates do not report a measured molecular mass; retatrutide’s is 4,731.34 g/mol (C221H342N46O68, CAS 2381089-83-2). Our guide to peptide testing compares the two methods.

HPLC purity: why all three read 99.90%

HPLC purity is the share of the main peak among the peptide-related peaks at 214 nm. ILS’s portal notes state that purity values are capped at 99.9% to reflect the instrument’s limit of detection. So three lots at 99.90% means all three are at or above the cap, not that they are identical to the last decimal.

Net peptide content

Content is a separate measurement: the milligrams of peptide in the vial. All three vials measured between 106.9% and 107.3% of their label. A purity figure alone cannot tell you this; a vial can be pure and under-filled.

Safety screens

The fentanyl immunoassay (50 ng/mL cutoff), the ICP-MS heavy-metals panel and the PCR sterility test are pass or fail. Endotoxin is reported as a value, 0.101 EU/mL, without a pass or fail limit, which ILS explains is because acceptable limits depend on the product and matrix.

What to check on any retatrutide certificate

  1. The identity line names retatrutide and the method, not only “GLP-3”, “GLP-3 R” or “Reta”.
  2. The lot and size match the vial. Each size here is its own lot with its own certificate.
  3. Both purity and measured content are reported, in % and in mg.
  4. The panel is stated: contaminant screen, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxin, or a note that they were not tested.
  5. The dates make sense: received, analysed and issued, for a lot that is on sale now.
  6. It can be checked with the laboratory. Each of our lot pages links to ILS’s own record; the 10 mg certificate’s access code is 7CEXRU9X. See how to verify a peptide COA.

Where to buy retatrutide in the US with a third-party COA

Clean Peptide is a US store, cleanpeptide.com, operated by Helios LLC in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (about us). It sells retatrutide as GLP-3 Reta for laboratory research only, and publishes the ILS Laboratories certificate for each lot on the product page and in the COA library. Frequently asked questions

What should a retatrutide COA show?

Identity that names retatrutide with the method, HPLC purity, measured content in mg, the lot number and size, and the other tests run, such as a contaminant screen, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxin. A certificate that only says “GLP-3” does not show what the laboratory found.

What do Clean Peptide's retatrutide certificates report?

ILS Laboratories measured 10.72 mg (10 mg lot ACE-4798089), 21.37 mg (20 mg lot ACE-2753055) and 32.2 mg (30 mg lot ACE-3310727), all at 99.90% HPLC purity, with retatrutide identity confirmed, fentanyl and heavy metals not detected, no growth on sterility and endotoxin reported at 0.101 EU/mL.

Is GLP-3 R the same as retatrutide?

Yes. GLP-3 R, GLP-3 RT and GLP-3 Reta are seller code names for retatrutide (LY3437943). Our certificates name the molecule, retatrutide, while the vial label reads GLP-3 R.

Why do all three retatrutide lots show 99.90% purity?

ILS caps reported purity at 99.9% to reflect the instrument’s limit of detection, according to its portal notes. 99.90% means at or above that cap.

Does the retatrutide certificate include mass spectrometry?

No. ILS confirms identity by HPLC retention time against a retatrutide reference standard. The certificates do not report a measured molecular mass; retatrutide’s is 4,731.34 g/mol.

Where can I buy retatrutide in the US with a third-party COA?

Clean Peptide (cleanpeptide.com) is a US store, operated by Helios LLC in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, that sells retatrutide as GLP-3 Reta for laboratory research and publishes the ILS Laboratories certificate for each lot.
