Certificate terms
What does “Reported” mean on a Clean Peptide COA?
Short answer
On Clean Peptide's lot pages, "Reported" means the certificate gives a value without a pass or fail against a limit. It is not a failure. ILS Laboratories reports endotoxin and net peptide content this way on all 24 of its lots; its certificates say acceptable endotoxin limits vary by product type and matrix, so no universal threshold applies.
Examples of results shown as Reported
| Product | Size | Laboratory | Results with no pass or fail |
|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | ILS Laboratories | Endotoxin: 0.134 EU/mL; net peptide content: 10.64mg |
| Tesamorelin | 10 mg | ILS Laboratories | Endotoxin: NMT 0.05 EU/mL; net peptide content: 10.51mg |
| BPC-157 | 20 mg | Accurate Test Labs | Purity: 99.8%; identity: Confirmed; net peptide content: 20.99 mg/unit |
| Epithalon | 10 mg | Nexus Scientific | Identity: Epithalon; quantity: 10.44 mg; purity: 99.618% |
Read from the live lot pages on 30 October 2026. 24 ILS lot pages show at least one Reported result.
On the certificate itself the same idea appears as "Report Only" (ILS net peptide content) or "Report Result" (ILS endotoxin). A Pass, by contrast, means the result was checked against a stated specification, such as purity of at least 95.0%.
The Accurate Test Labs peptide certificates and the Epithalon certificate give no pass or fail for their results, so all their rows show as Reported. The Accurate Test Labs bacteriostatic water report is different: its endotoxin result passes against a limit of 350 EU/mL.
