What does “Full QC Panel” mean on an ILS COA?
Short answer
It is the name of the test package on Clean Peptide's ILS Laboratories certificates. All 24 ILS lots in October 2026 list Full QC Panel as the method: HPLC purity, net peptide content, identity by HPLC retention time, a fentanyl screen, a five-element heavy-metal panel by ICP-MS, sterility by PCR and endotoxin by USP <85>.

"Full" describes what was ordered, not a standard: the other laboratories' certificates name their own packages. HYTE Research Division prints "Identity & Quantity" on four spray certificates, "Purity, Identity and Quantity (PIQ)" on Selank Spray, "Standard + Endotoxins + Sterility" on GLP-2 Tirz 20 mg and "Standard + Endotoxins + Sterility + Heavy Metals" on KPV. The Accurate Test Labs BPC-157 20 mg certificate is "COA-12 Peptides".
Within the panel, five tests pass or fail against a specification and two, net peptide content and endotoxin, are reported as measured values with no limit. That is why the lot pages show "Reported" next to those two.
