BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend COA: How Each Peptide Is Measured in One Vial

A BPC-157 / TB-500 blend COA should measure each peptide in the vial, not only the total. Clean Peptide’s BPC-157 / TB-500 blend, often called the “Wolverine” blend, comes in 10 mg and 20 mg vials, and each size ships against its own ILS Laboratories certificate. Both certificates report the two components separately. The 10 mg lot (ACE-4051344) measured 5.25 mg of BPC-157 and 5.25 mg of TB-500, 10.49 mg in total, at 99.26% HPLC purity. The 20 mg lot (ACE-7008874) measured 10.45 mg of each, 20.9 mg in total, at 99.76%.

This page reads both certificates line by line, explains what a per-component result tells you that a single total does not, and shows how the blend’s certificates compare with those for the single-peptide vials. For the history of the pairing and the research on each peptide, see the Wolverine stack; for the two molecules themselves, see TB-500 vs BPC-157.

Transcribed in October 2026 from the two ILS Laboratories certificates and checked against ILS’s portal record for the 10 mg lot. “NMT” means “not more than”: the 20 mg result is below 0.05 EU/mL. “Report only” means the laboratory gives the value without a pass or fail limit.

Why per-component content matters in a blend

A single total cannot tell you the ratio. A vial labelled 10 mg could hold 10 mg of one peptide and almost none of the other and still report 10 mg. A per-component line closes that gap: it says how much of each peptide the laboratory found.

Both of our blends are equal parts by design, and both certificates show it:

  • 10 mg vial: 5.25 mg BPC-157 and 5.25 mg TB-500, each 105% of a 5 mg half.
  • 20 mg vial: 10.45 mg BPC-157 and 10.45 mg TB-500, each 104.5% of a 10 mg half.

The component figures are printed to two decimals, so they can add up to a hundredth more than the printed total (5.25 + 5.25 = 10.50 against a total of 10.49). The percentages above are simple arithmetic on the certificate’s own numbers.

How the laboratory identifies two peptides in one vial

ILS identifies the blend by HPLC retention time (HPLC-RTM): each peptide comes off the column at its own time, and the laboratory compares those times with reference standards. On both chromatograms there are two labelled peaks, TB-500 first and BPC-157 later, which is what a two-peptide blend should look like. The identity line reads “BPC-157 + TB500: Confirmed”.

Two limits are worth knowing. Retention time matching is not mass spectrometry, so these certificates do not report a measured molecular mass for either peptide. And ILS’s portal notes say purity is calculated as the target peptide relative to all peptide-related peaks; in a blend both peptides are targets, so the purity figure describes the pair, not each one separately. Our guide to peptide testing explains the difference between retention-time and mass-spectrometry identity.

Blend or single vials: what the certificates cover

The same two peptides are also sold on their own. Each vial, single or blend, has its own lot and its own certificate, and one does not stand in for another.

What to ask for on any BPC-157 / TB-500 blend

  1. A line for each peptide, in mg. A total alone does not show the ratio.
  2. A ratio you can check. If the blend is sold as equal parts, the two component figures should be close to each other.
  3. Identity for both peptides, with the method named.
  4. The lot number on the certificate matches the vial, and the certificate is for that size.
  5. The panel is stated. Check whether endotoxin, sterility and heavy metals were tested or simply not mentioned.
  6. A way to check it with the laboratory. Both blend certificates carry an ILS access code: 52ZX8W4J for the 10 mg lot and QJ4DHD25 for the 20 mg lot.

The same questions apply to any blend; our KLOW COA page applies them to a four-peptide blend. To check a certificate on the laboratory’s own site, follow how to verify a peptide COA.

Where this blend comes from

Clean Peptide is a US store, cleanpeptide.com, operated by Helios LLC in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (about us). It sells the BPC-157 / TB-500 blend, BPC-157 and TB-500 for laboratory research only, and publishes the certificate for every lot of every size on the product page and in the COA library.

Frequently asked questions

What should a BPC-157 / TB-500 blend COA show?

A line for each peptide in mg as well as the total, identity for both peptides, HPLC purity, the lot number and size, and which other tests were run (endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals). A total on its own does not show the ratio of the two peptides.

How much BPC-157 and TB-500 is in Clean Peptide's blend?

Equal parts. The ILS Laboratories certificate for the 10 mg lot ACE-4051344 measured 5.25 mg of BPC-157 and 5.25 mg of TB-500 (10.49 mg total). The certificate for the 20 mg lot ACE-7008874 measured 10.45 mg of each (20.9 mg total).

What purity does the BPC-157 / TB-500 blend have?

99.26% by HPLC for the 10 mg lot ACE-4051344 and 99.76% for the 20 mg lot ACE-7008874, against an ILS specification of 95.0% or higher. Both certificates were analysed on 18 September 2026.

Is the Wolverine blend the same as BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial?

Yes. “Wolverine” is the common name for BPC-157 and TB-500 together. Clean Peptide’s blend holds both in one lyophilised vial, 10 mg or 20 mg, in equal parts.

How is each peptide identified in a blend?

By HPLC retention time against reference standards. Each peptide leaves the column at its own time, so the chromatogram shows two labelled peaks, TB-500 and BPC-157. These certificates do not include a mass spectrum.

Can I check the blend certificate with the laboratory?

Yes. Each ILS certificate carries an access code for ILS’s portal: 52ZX8W4J for the 10 mg lot and QJ4DHD25 for the 20 mg lot. The lot pages at cleanpeptide.com/coa/ also link straight to ILS’s record.

Does a blend certificate cover the single BPC-157 or TB-500 vials?

No. Each product and size has its own lot and its own certificate. The single BPC-157 and TB-500 vials are tested separately and listed in the COA library.

Every reference standard you need, documented down to the batch.

Each size ships against the certificate issued for its own fill — purity, identity and batch, on file before you buy.
