Short answer
Slightly more than the 10 mg label. ILS Laboratories measured 10.31 mg of net peptide in Clean Peptide's TB-500 10 mg lot ACE-7203111 (103.1% of label), on certificate COA-2026-SX28AC, analysed 18 September 2026. ILS's own portal shows the same figure. Net peptide content is separate from HPLC purity, which read 99.72%.

Net peptide content is how many milligrams of TB-500 the laboratory measured in the vial it tested. HPLC purity is a different figure: the TB-500 peak as a share of the peptide-related peaks. A vial can read high on one and not the other, so the certificate reports both.
ILS lists the content figure as "Report Only", with status N/A: a measured value with no pass or fail limit, so the certificate states the amount rather than a tolerance around the label. The notes on the certificate describe the methods for purity, identity, heavy metals and endotoxin, but not for net peptide content.
