Why does the product's appearance vary between batches?+
Lyophilised material can appear as a fine powder, a solid puck, or loose flakes, and the amount may look small. This is normal and does not indicate a quality issue – identity (by mass spectrometry) and purity (by HPLC) are verified on each batch's certificate of analysis.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?+
Shipping is a $9.99 flat rate with 2-day delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking is provided when your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. To change a shipping address, email support@cleanpeptide.com before dispatch; once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and the address cannot be changed. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
How should products be stored and handled?+
Orders are dispatched with temperature-appropriate handling. On arrival, store each product as indicated on its label – for example refrigerated or frozen, and protected from light.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?+
Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 2 items, 10% off 3 or more, and 20% off 10 or more of the same product.
